Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are received. Turnaround time from full payment is approximately 7 days, with no express guarantee that purchases will be shipped before then. The store will be put on temporary vacation if order volume will make turnaround time more than 7 days. Once an order or service is purchased, notification and confirmation will be sent via email (or SMS if user/ buyer chose the option). Shipping update and tracking number will be updated the same way. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the complete and accurate shipping address has been entered during checkout. If you would like to upgrade shipping with insurance, please reach out to Kawaii Connection so that additional invoice can be sent to cover such. Lost or misdelivered packages need to be reported through a case filed through the USPS website. Please send Kawaii Connection an alert so that we can work together to resolve the issue.
