Refund policy

The purchase and check out process takes a bunch of clicks and input of information. In the process, the buyer is presumed to have made an informed purchase decision. All orders are not refundable nor can be canceled once placed. The buyer understands that all silicone molds are made upon order and ship ASAP is not an option unless pre-agreed via prior communications.

RETURNS

As silicone molds are custom-made, no returns are accepted. Defective molds reported with a clear photo within 2 days from verified receipt based on package tracking will have a replacement sent.
